ボディステップ76のコリオ(ピーク1-ピーク2)
<BS76-04>Start It
「始めよう!」ていうタイトル、いやもう始まってますけどとツッコみたくなります。
メインのコリオはコーナー2ニー+ジャンピングジャック、常に両手はリーチアップ・ダウンを繰り返します。
パワーニーリフト連続のところでは“Hey! You!”とかけ声が入るので、ここで指差しするオプションを入れて楽しみましょう。
キメポーズもこのかけ声にあわせます。
パワーニーリフトから台の横に着地し“You!”で左手で前を指さし、その手を頭の周りをぐるりと回して、”Start It!”で右手で前を指さし!
<BS76-05>Space Jam
スペース・ジャムという映画のテーマ曲です。
映画の内容は宇宙なのにバスケットボール、しかもNBAの大スター、マイケルジョーダンご本人が登場というどこまで本気で作ったのか分からない作品。
コリオも動きの多くがバスケットボールを意識しています。
スクワットタップ・アクロスのところはスクワットタップで内側の手で外を指さしし、アクロスのところで前へパス又はシュート、となります。
キメポーズはサイドスクワットから両手で前を指さし!
<BS76-06>Venus Or Mars
曲名からして宇宙をテーマにする今回のナンバーにぴったりです。
メインの動きはナットクラッカーx3+アクロスというコンビネーション。ナットクラッカーでは手・体・足が一直線上に来るよう、しっかりと伸ばしてから膝を引くようにしましょう。
また、メロディパートではムーンウォーク(スプリットシャッフル)が出てきますが、10曲目でもシャッフルが出るので、この6曲目でしっかりと無重力感を練習しておきましょう。
キメポーズは両手でVenusのV(両手斜め上)とMarsのM(肘を上に持ち上げ、肘から先は下ろす)を作っていきます。
台に飛び乗って両手を上げ、そこから左足を床に下ろしてVのポーズ、そして頭を下げてMのポーズ!
<BS76-07>Up (Wideboy’s Remix Edit)
非常にシンプルなリカバリーです。
ランジ→ニーリフト→スクワット→反対のニーリフトと左右で繰り返していきます。
途中のニーリピーター12回は4回ずつに分けて徐々に深くするように指示するイントラさんもいます。
キメポーズは台の上でスクワットし、右手で天井を指さす!
