（ベンダーが削除依頼に応じてくれた）Twitterとのシェアができなくなったことについて
（第1段）Twitterでのシェアができなくなり、調べた結果いくつかの業者によってマルウェア判定を受けていることが判明したことまで。
（第2段）Twitterの対応を待っていても早急な解決が望めないため、各ベンダーへ直接削除依頼を行う経緯まで。
ベンダーによって削除依頼の受け方やその対応は当然異なるのですが、今回そのうち2社が当方の削除依頼に応じていただけたのでその報告をします。
ちなみに今回のように誤ってマルウェアサイトやスパム扱いされることを”False Positive”というそうです。各ベンダーに削除依頼をするときは「ベンダー名＋False Positive」で検索すると問い合わせページなどにたどり着けることがありますのでご参考までに。
Forinetに削除依頼
Fortinetを運営するFortiguard社のページを調べると、”Web Filter Classification Rating Request”というフォームがあったのでさっそくそこから削除依頼を試みました。
送った文面は前回とほぼ変えていません。

早速業者から返信メールが届きました。どうせ自動返信メールだろうと思ったのですが、

無事削除依頼が通りました！
ちゃんとFortiguardのフィルター上でもカテゴライズされ、悪意あるサイトとはみなされていません。
ちなみに依頼から削除完了まで2時間以内で対応いただけました！
CRDF Thread Centerに削除依頼
CRDFのContactから入ると、"Report a False Positive"というカテゴリがあるので、そこから依頼を送りました。
こちらのフォームは連絡先メールアドレスと該当URLのみ入力する形になっていて、こちらの言い分などを入力する箇所はありません。
送信後1時間もせずにCRDFよりメールが届きました。

一言でいうと却下です。こちらの言い分も聞かずに却下とはいったいどういうことでしょう。
、、、と思っていたら続きがありました。

ざっくりいうと、納得できないなら、こっちのページから言い分を入力してね、ってことです。
もちろん納得していませんので、早速URL先に進み、他社と同じ内容を入力して送信しました。
するとまた1時間もかからずに返信が、こんなに早く返信があると却下されたのだろうとしぶしぶメールを開くと、

無事削除依頼が通りました！
その後CRDFのサイトにて確認し、データベースから削除されていることが確認できました。
対応するベンダーのスピードに驚き
今回お届けした2社ですが、こちらの削除依頼からいずれも2時間程度ですべての手続きが完了しました。
Googleの分析を見てみたところ、当ブログへインドからのアクセスが複数回あったので、対応したベンダーの担当者はインドの方だったようです。
インターネットの世界は24時間年中無休、世界がつながっていることを実感しました。
しかしまだまだ削除依頼を出さなければならない業者があるため、次回はそれらベンダーとのやり取りを紹介します。
（Twitter社のほうは全く動きがありません、、、）
