ボディステップ55のコリオ(ウォームアップ)
<BS55-01>Wanna Get Up
4マーチ+レッグカールのところで"Get Up!"で天井を指さし、"Get Down”で下を指さすパフォーマンスがあります。
ストレッチ後の最終セットでは、このコンビネーションのレッグカールのところは両手を上から引くようにしましょう!
<BS55-02>Get Down On It
ベーシックステップのところで"What?"と聞こえてくるので、肩をすくめるようにして「何?」とポーズ♪
最後はトリプルタップアップ→トリプルタップダウン→タップダウン・ニーリフト・タップダウンという風に変化していきます!
<BS55-03>Everybody Get Up
メインのコンビネーションはオーバーで前に移動+4歩で歩いて戻る、です。歩くところは自由に手を付けて遊んでいきましょう♪
2曲目の後半と同じく、この3曲目の後半もコリオ変化があります。まずはトリプルニーリピーターから始めて、そこから以下のように変化します。
